This is an image capture I made of one of my favorite movies — Night on Earth by Jim Jarmusch. It was written and directed by Jarmusch in 1991. The film is unique certainly; It follows the lives of five different duos across the globe - from Winona chain smoking from Hollywood to Bel Air to Roberto Benigni in Rome giving confession to a unwilling priest in the back seat (it doesn’t end well for the priest). Each vignette is filmed from the inside of a cab which is sure to please those voyeurs out there. Check it out - It’s on Criterion Collection for goodness sake.
So I was just chillin’ with my dog, Fonzie, when (like that epic scene in Jurassic Park) I noticed the water in my glass rippling. Earthquake? No way. Not in eastern NC. But hell yes it way. It was the Earthquakiest.
Oh and BTW we also have a hurricane coming. I always knew I hated the deep south, but I didn’t know Earth felt the same way.
I felt the same way about zoos as a child, but that’s not why I’m posting this… this kid said what was on his mind. I love it.

Here is a film I shot of my friends dancing. They are in love with each other which I think is quite nice.
Feast your eyes on the video prowess of sir Raf Taylor. When I was in undergrad at UNCW, I directed a couple of food themed film festivals. The premise was simple: Three minutes or less on any film/video format, must have the food item present in the film (this particular year’s theme was CHEESE SANDWICH), and submit it to me with a bribe to get it in the festival. This is the winner. At the festival, Raf got to have 10 seconds to grab as many things off the BRIBE TABLE as possible. He scored some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle VHS’s, a 4 feet tall hispanic Santa Claus, and I believe a pickle in a bag from the gas station. This was the best night of my life. Enjoy.
